How do I get started as a Hustla?

Sign up with your phone number, complete your profile with your skills and location, and start browsing available jobs in your area.

How do I post a job as a Client?

Create an account, click 'Post a Job', describe what you need done, set your budget, and wait for qualified Hustlas to apply.

How does payment work?

Clients pay upfront when they accept a Hustla's application. Payment is held securely and released to the Hustla when the job is completed.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

We have a dispute resolution process. Contact our support team and we'll help mediate between you and the other party to find a fair solution.

How much does Hustla cost?

It's free to join and browse. Hustlas pay a 5% platform fee on completed jobs. Clients pay no fees - just the agreed job price.

What types of jobs can I find?

We have jobs in cleaning, delivery, handyman work, gardening, moving, and many other service categories across major African cities.

How do I know if a Hustla is reliable?

Check their profile for ratings, reviews from previous clients, completed job count, and verification badges.

Can I cancel a job after it's been accepted?

Yes, but cancellation policies apply. If you cancel after a Hustla has started work, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
